Brownies
Group Leader: Sandra Smythe
 We
are the 28th Bury Brownies. We meet on a Thursday evening during school term
time and have a small weekly subscription. Brownies start at the age
of seven and can stay until ten plus years. We learn a 'Promise' in
the first few weeks and then enjoy lots of different activities such as
crafts and games which are all part of the Brownie Guide Programme. We can
also earn interest badges. We meet in the Sports hall at Bolton Road
Methodist Church.
Time: 6.45 to 7.45 pm.

We
are 28th Bury Rainbows. We wear a red tabard and we have enjoyed being
Rainbows for almost ten years. We meet for an hour on a Thursday
evening during school term time and have a small weekly subscription.
We enjoy lots of different activities such as games and crafts which are all
based on an eight point programme for rainbows. We meet in the Sports
hall at Bolton Road Methodist Church.
